Payment Policy
Treatments are to be paid in FULL at every appointment.
While injectables are essential for some and can be considered costly, ethically, it is not something I believe anyone should undertake if it creates financial pressure. Therefore, Layby and Afterpay will not be available as payment options.
Initial Consultation
Botox
Dermal Filler
All NEW clients will require an 'Initial Consultation' before having any injectable treatments. There is NO obligation to proceed with treatment, therefore the cost of the Initial Consultation is to cover my time and expertise. However, if you choose to go ahead with treatment this amount will be deducted from the treatment, in the same session.
$150 Initial Consultation
(for 45 minutes)
At Refining Room, we charge 'per unit' not 'per area'.
We find this to be the most fair and cost effective solution for our clients.
$20 Botox® (per unit)
$1500 Hyperhidrosis / Excessive Sweating (100 units of Botox)

$750 - $850 Dermal Filler (dependent on the syringe)
$1500 Dermal Filler (per 2ml)
Hyalase
If you have had treatment elsewhere and have requested us to dissolve it, Hyalase is charged on a per session basis.

Botox® is a prescription medicine for the treatment of frown lines, horizontal forehead lines and crow’s feet around the eyes. Botox® has risks and benefits. Botox® treatment lasts about 4 months and further courses of treatment may be necessary. Should only be administered by trained medical professionals. (contains botulinum toxin A 50,100 & 200 units) Allergan (NZ) Limited, Auckland.
Teosyal® from Teoxane® Medical Device Class III. Is a space- occupying supplement to correct skin contour deformities (e.g. wrinkles, folds, scars especially round the eyes. Teosyal® has risks and benefits. Contains Hyaluronic Acid in various volumes with lidocaine 0.3% by mass. Ask your doctor if Teosyal is right for you.
